The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
·         Custom or personalized orders
·         Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
·         Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
Please send the tracking number the moment the returned item is shipped in order for our store to keep track of the item while it is in transit.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be given less shipping costs 

Should you wish to return the item, kindly notify me within 7 days of receipt with the reason of return. All item is subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
A full refund will only be given if the following conditions are met:
1. The item must be returned within 15 days of its receipt by the buyer.
2. The item must be in its original condition and include all product documentation.
3. The item must be not worn or used.
4. The item must precisely match product data records.
5. The item has not been re-sized or customized by the customer.
6. The item is not a "Custom order" or specifically designed by the seller in accordance with the customer's request. 
The customer pays return shipping fees.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The shop not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
International Shipping policies
 
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order online. In some cases additional custom fees and duties may be charged, depending on the country the items are shipped to. These fees are to be paid by the customer.Please contact your local customs department for more information regarding custom fees and additional charges. There is a customer responsibility to clear all import related fees; refusal of paying those will result in nonrefundable return shipment.
